I like this layout as an option for the new master, and the separate toilet area.
I love the combination of the rusted metal work and the adbobe exterior. But I would want something with more horizontal lines. And I don't want to keep anything that reads "fort".

Love this, and would like to have a motif that we repeat -- on the casa sign, the entry gate, in the garden like this, and in the house. But I want horizontal, geometric, mid-century modern lines/design.
Modern deck - I like this. And it extends out, so extends the horizonal lines of the house.

Love the idea of a decorative metal screen behind the couch so you get a hint of the view from the entryway/gallery but maintain some separation/privacy. --
