Lydia's ideas
I like this thickness of solid surface in the master.
Would be interested to know what the difference in cost would be for the deep edge to the solid surface.
Note the floating shelves with the lighting on the bottom of of them. This is what I am interested in on either side of the fireplace/TV
I like this full length mirror look - but in the closet in the same dark wood as the kitchen island, etc.
A thought for the vent hood - what if we did a very simple, straight up casing over the pipes - to match the island base, and the "bar" cabinet.
Kind of like this color flooring and base for island.
Like the lower cabinet/drawer hardware
Consider the would trim in vent hood to match the island wood and the shelving wood.
Even a nice tub filler from the deck of the pony wall.
I like how this does not require a door.
This is an option - make the niches out of the depth from the bench.
A pony wall like this.....so that the waterfall tub filler can come out of it.
Like the waterfall tub filler. Wondering if we have a pony wall adjacent to the shower to allow this.
LOVE the idea of the lighted shower niche.
Same theme - like the power outlet in the drawer for a charging station.
Love the hanging fixtures - but concerned as to how the light will affect reflection in mirror
Like the his and hers recesses. Along side the shower, will likely stay a bit dryer.
Like the powered shelves - both for kitchen and for bath
Great dining chairs
?shelving on wall next to my vanity?
Pony wall with faucet for bathtub
Mor price conscious
Consider a seat under window in lieu of bench in middle
Consider a dresser that extends from below window
Another pet peeve is tile that stops halfway up a wall, leaving a horizontal ridge that will collect dust. Either tile the whole wall or set the face of the tile flush with the wall above by adding an extra layer of plasterboard above the tile before the skim coat of plaster.
Dark tiles vs dark walls in Master
THIS! The straight wooden vanity, wall mounted, with NO plumbing showing and vesselv sink on top.
Could consider taking the stone from living room into powder room.
Like this concept by way of “nite light” for guests ....lighting under vanity
Like this concept with wooden wall mounted vanity, dark solid surface counter and vessel sink
Like this very dark gray/black for powder room.
Really like this mirror
This is the concept to use wood...just leaving the actual steel hood.
