Our Reno
am trying to think of the mud room laundry room area and where ‘stuff’ should go. need your advice as I suspect that you have done a great job in organizing you kitchen cabinets that are near your family room. Mud room: consider handy pull-out near hallway .... broom and dust pan; a place for our keys; a flash light; pail/cleaning supplies/rags; plastic bags; and my little folding (collapsible) stepstool.
Nice windows for the back (w/o the top grills) but would such large windows look okay with planned outside terrace/deck?
Closet door profile for bedroom closets but I would like black matt hardware
If space, would like a small bench in mud room - open to floor ( shoes could go underneath) and covered in walnut colour wood. Would like to consider pine tongue and grove ( painted white) laid horizontally ( ie shiplack- like but without the gap where dust would collect)
Nice ensuite vanity. I like square or rectangular undermounted sinks ( vs round or oval)
Nice fireplace/TV combo. I like horizontal fireplace openings. Horizontal opening would also allow TV to be better placed (lower) for viewing.
I do NOT like the range hood
Nice kitchen. I like the stove hood (ties in with cabinetry vs stainless steel - my kitchen is too small to have that disruption in flow).
Future terrace/deck
Nice outdoor roof for planned terrace/deck
Nice kitchen but faucet is too farm house
Nice kitchen. But I wouldn’t want class doors on cabinets - my kitchen is too small and I don’t want to worry about what’s inside.
Jaw dropping beautiful kitchen however a bit too glamorous
Like the wood shelves with the marble. But overall room is too crowded on sink side.
Like overall colours.
Like bathroom tile
Like bathroom floor tile
Like the backsplash (marble-like in quartz stone) for counter and backsplash. Also like the profile of the cabinets.
Closet has a pull down top rack that we will need. Does the closet door need to be extra tall to accommodate it?
