General Ideas
Not sure if this is directed at the pheasant, but I do have several taxidermy pieces that I would like to incorporate. I have a ringneck pheasant in flight, a scimitar-horned oryx, a mouflon ram, and a Canadian moose (not likely to make the entryway)...but I do think that somehow these animals add warmth and realism to the space...I am not asking for a trophy room, I just want to use these beautiful animals to add special "flair" to a room...I cannot stand when people add spray-painted antlers to a white wall to decorate...I have the real deal and we ate these animals...I hope we can use them tastefully
I do not own an antler chandelier, currently, but we have considered on in the past. I think that the natural horn (whether real or synthetic) adds warmth and contrast to an otherwise simple setting...I have always wanted a real elk antler chandelier and I think the living room (across from the entry) would look great with one
