like the sinks. the floor is also nice but I feel like I have seen it a lot in shopping for houses. I felt like so many houses have the white/grey tones - we prefer something warmer but still fresh and neutral

Would also consider oak floor-how do they need to be treated?

Like the floor in that it keeps generally with the traditional tile in the current bathroom. Tub w color nice. Like the sinks. Wonder about the wainscoting - if that is potentially a cost savings versus tile if it is durable in a bathroom.
