Real wood fireplace gets a thumbs up. Love the wood storage right next to it too.
Thats a neat sink. Seems impractical to use, but neat.
Love the low seating of this house.
I like that the rear is lots of glass. Like the grill, and the firpit with the couch, but wish there was more seating around it. I'm guessing there a view, which explains the one sided seating.
Great porch. Just needs a grill down there by the kitchen.
Open floorplan, but still divided up into spaces. I like it.
The under cabinet windows are pretty awesome. The cabinets also seem pretty low there. Does a mixer/espresso/popcorn maker fit under there?
I like being able to see the tv from the kitchen. Easy to jump up to get snacks during commercials and not miss anything.
I like the low fireplace with a big spot for a tv.
Neat kitchen. but no windows? I like the big island, but i think i would rather have the cooktop there and sink on the wall with a window over it.
Thats a neat way to do a pantry.
Wet bar gets a thumbs up.
The raised bartop is interesting....
FIREPLACE NEXT TO THE TUB!!! What?!?! How has that not always been an option. Love that.
The flat roofs, the clean lines. I like it. This one doesn't have much glass facing this way, which I like too. Privacy towards the street.
Cooktop in the island. Yup. Like it.
This is neat. I like being able to open up a chunk of house to bring the outside in and vise versa. Not a big fan of the big steel beams overhead, but kinda neat too.
No no no. This feels too "resort-y" I like the big outdoor grill thing, and the extra small yard, but the house feels too imposing and cold.
The little chillax area in the corner is neat.
Love that the kitchen opens right up to the porch. This is a must do. Grill outside, right into the kitchen.
Awesome backyard.
Yes yes yes. two sinks too! I think I'd rather have a teppanyaki style cooktop though
All around fireplace is cool.... i think
OOOO YES. Love the cooktop in the island.
Flat roofs are my thing. I like the wood paneling and black combo going on here too.
Love this kitchen. Big, open, lots of sun. Window over the sink. Island is a must have.
The spattered windows here are cool, but I bet the contractor hated that.
I like how it has a bunch of windows, but isn't covered in glass. The little rectangles across the top are great. Lots of light, no loss in privacy.
This is great. solor panels get a thumbs up too.
I love how low to the ground this home sits, like its nestled into the earth. How does heavy rain effect this?
Love how this back porch opens up into the home
THUMBS DOWN. Don't like how imposing this feels.
Big fan of the flat roof, but this seems a little too complicated. Too many levels going on i think, but I still somehow like it. Love the giant window on the right.
Big fan of the large glass doors that slide way open. What to do about bugs though?
Awesome
I love how this blends into the landscape, and has almost a lego desing
I love the clean lines of the roof and windows. The glass exterior is great, but I would want the option to frost it with a switch. The house feels like it sits low, and almost rising from the ground.
I like "hiding" the house under the grass. What does maintenance look like for this?
This one's ok.
