The craftsman-style tapered columns at the corners of the island are a nice touch. I also like the thick and unadorned muntins in the cabinet glass. It's heading toward Mission style and I'm okay with that.
Here's a practical low-profile sink and vanity. Note the shelves underneath (the plumbing is presumably recessed within the wall).
I've never seen a wood shower bench before! It seems more friendly than a stone or tile bench.
Hello art deco.
The mixture of gray-black wood and green-finished wood is nicer than I would have expected. (I'm also kind of into the transparent stools, but I'm not sure why.)
The slide-out pantry behind a shallow shelf, specifically.
OMG THE TRIVET STORAGE UNDER THE CABINETS
The wood trim around the tub integrates nicely into the deck.
This is clever. Notice how the dividers can be moved to any of the slots cut in the backpiece.
The way the cabinets go all the way to the ceiling, have a matching crown molding, and wrap around the wood window trim (which reflects the white millwork at the front of hte room).
Like: random builtin shelves in unexpected places (here on the windowseat), the muntin patterns on the windows.
I dig the built-in bookshelves with the beadboard backs. I dig not the desk, for it would be to shallow for me.
The transom detailing over the open doorway is hot. We could do this in the open arch between the dining room and kitchen, and echo it in the windows.
For color purposes - I like the dark cabinetry and light other stuff.
I like the shape of the wall opening (even though it's not practical for our house anywhere, I think). Also: craftsman detailing on mirrors, art glass in window.
I like the very dark wood more than I expected to in this setting. The contrast of the white stove against the dark works better than I expected. We probably don't have enough window area to pull this off, since it relieves the otherwise black wall.
Like: shiplapped visible cabinet backs, detailing along top of cabinets, color scheme, artistic tile backsplash.
Like: contrast of wood against the lighter countertops, cabinet detailing, hardware. Dislike: mirrors, backsplash, sconces, faucets... basically everything above the counter that isn't the central cabinet.
I don't know anything about this brand, and the stove is too wide, but I sure like the finish.
Nice cabinetry detailing. Meh on the backsplash and countertop.
puuuurty
That backsplash is kinda cool
I like the contrast in this cabinet
That table is pretty cool
Pretty staircase
Stove and hood are neat
The hood is gorgeous!
I like the panel under the sink and the overhead trim on the left.
I like the lights
Library ladder for tall cabinets! Would need to live out of the way normally.
