A play on the skillion roof design with storage on top. We are not going to get the storage area this tall!!!
Liking the seating island and bbq again here. Note that outdoor kitchens can easily cost upwards of $15,000 to $30,000, easy!
Love the island and bbq tie in. I could see a tv on the wall. The stone, granite, stainless steel appliances are super costly!
Like the airy feel. Do you need it waterproofed, or just an open air trellis?
What's not to like. The COST!!!
Don't like the dark color but like the bar area, shade and swing
Like the bar island. I might put something like this just inside the garage although i would like to be able to have a place to cover in sawdust. If we show the city that this is a living space, they will require a 5' side setback, fyi.
Nice way to do a tv area
Love the comfy porch swing and would like to put one of these in our plans somewhere
I'm wondering if a gazebo counts towards the 35% line? If it attached, yes!
Like the frosted panes that will let light thru but not show off a messy garage.
The Sliding doors could also be a great option if cheaper than a garage door. Accordion doors like these are a minimum $1,000 per linear foot, for the material only! An upward acting garage door is going to be the better value.
I like the gazebo and grill/bar bit here
I like the frosted doors and how they open up onto what could be my patio of stamped concrete or pavers. I would recommend just stained concrete, the stamped concrete does not hold up very very well. Pavers need to be over compacted sand, and get costly, fyi.
I like the natural light and the max use of space from the roofline. Cool!
Interesting roll out shade sail idea
