okay, does that mean I can start with the construction work now and everything else like electrical drawings, plumbing drawings and interior designing can be done later on after the foundation work is done and ground floor is done but before laying the slab to it?

actually I stay in Nepal and we have not so good expertise here, contacted a few designers but found them misleading to secure the contract, so any help is greatly appreciated. thanks

Yes you can start your excavation and raising of foundation, masonary wall, plinth beam, bed concreting, pillars to slab bottom....

Ideally, you should have electrical and plumbing lines ready before construction.

Interior design, you may have the mood board discussed with your designer. The detailed plans can be developed in the construction phase or later as well.

Planning is the key to a successful home building and should be the first task. People do take a 'will deal with it' approach in construction but that often is costly and more time consuming.
