Hey , you can go for bunk bed but instead of below bed u can make study table and book shelf and on the oppsite side of wall you can put queen bed ,and the remaining 3rd wall space ,you can keep wardrobes. see the image..this is just an example . you can have single bed on top .and down u can make as it is shown in the image. this also requires less space .
