The sheer curtains looks good. The thick curtains can be changed into a plain one (neutral grey maybe) instead of a patterned one as it looks crowded. The tv can be wall mounted. Remove the decorative items kept on the tv unit. Reposition the black loveseat to near the sofa at an angled position. The cushions on the sofa needs some colors. Maybe you can match the colour of the cushions/throws to a painting . Painting can be hung on the wall above the sofa.

Congrats on getting closer to your dream home. There are a few glitches and the corrected plan is attached. Main problem seems to be lack of natural light to the dining and living; introduction of a courtyard will bring in light and act as a visual link between the kitchen and other living spaces creating interesting viewpoints and play of light. The handwash is now tucked away from plain view; the toilet cutouts can be a glamorous light washed courtyard instead. North direction is not provided but we guess from the front door and gas hob direction that east is towards the porch, so why is the pooja diety made to face west? Arrangement of toilet fixtures is also corrected so that the shower can be curtained/glass partitioned off to avoid spill on to the rest of the dry areas of the toilet. Good luck!

You can then build a window seat that will provide for additional storage as well as a pretty focal point in the room. Try not to use curtains as partitions as they provide a very 'temporary' feel to the room. it will feel like this is a rented house you are living in. If you must create a partition, try a partition panel or a two way bookshelf. you can place the curtains on the window itself. Removing the wall will also provide space for a side table.
