Hi Manas, There is one option i.e. if you don't want to do any major changes you will have to take the wiring from sofa wall till TV wall and you can hide it using conduit. Or You can take a grove from one wall till the partition wall and get it filled. Partition is supposed to be a ply wall of 3 inches which will have framework in center and ply on either sides. We are attaching two reference images one with designer panel and one with plane. You can use whichever you like. We hope this will help you achieve your required design. In case of a cramped house or space restrictions, this space can be used for providing storage, services or even a powder room as elaborated below : In case there are no space constraints and all the other areas are taken care of, the space below the stairs can be used for add ons such as a library, study, cellar or a minibar. Apologies Pro, for speaking on her behalf but I guess she is referring to the alignment of the sofa and TV unit and the viewing angle. If the sofa is placed on the orange wall it has to be done after leaving the door space where as TV is place very near to the wall. Secondly, it will be too much of a viewing distance.
