Need help with my wall in the drawing room

The wall paint has got infected with mold and has also damaged the plaster. I was thinking of covering up the wall with cement sheet. Does anyone has any design ideas.

Please treat the mould properly to kill it and remove as it can be a serious health hazard.

You will need space to walk and for your feet if you turn the chairs around - if you put a divider in you will block the view from the dining table out to the balcony - and thus make the kitchen and dining room both have no view ! So if you keep it open, the natural light can get through !
