We are planning to renovate our house completely. But are actually confused if we are utilizing our space completely. Also, we are trying to keep the columns without any changes and trying minimal shifting of the walls.
I have attached the existing plan, proposed plan by the architect, and changes required in new plan with reference to existing plan.
The total area is 390 sq. yd (approx)
Dimensions are : 45' x 75' / 50' x 78' (approx)
Any guidance/suggestion would be appreciable.
