Actually I need both decorating help for my whole apartment and architectural for my bedroom (11*10.6) firstly I want to 2 Washrooms for my apartment and the washroom attached to the bedroom (11*10.6) convert to study place... so can you please help me in it and second thing is that I want to make a common washroom for Living area and bedroom (13*10.6) please advice me...

Rajat, I highly recommend that you have a professional come in and have a consultation with you. Although you can get very good advice online here at Houzz, for a large project such as this - you do need to have hands-on assistance with finishes, space planning etc. It really is worth the investment to find the right designer to help you as much or as little as you need. You'll get confused with too many variable suggestions here - lots of different cooks in the kitchen (so to speak). Best to hire someone locally to get the job done right the first time! Good Luck with your project.

They are right, get a pro to help! Even if you jut pay them for a few hours, its worth it!

With that said, instead of making the 10x13 bathroom accessible to guests, why not leave the other one as is, since it is common already and change the 10x13 into study space? Then there is not a bathroom opening up to the kitchen. Also it is larger and will allow for more space. Next owners might make it into a large walk-in pantry. Or if you can put laundry in your unit, you could add that to that room also. Desk could double as folding table.

Master bedroom - put the bed on wall that backs to bathroom. Gives you great view of bed from doorway and allows natural walk way to balcony.
