Sorry, I find I still have more questions. Is this the floorplan for your current space? Or a proposed floorplan? When you say "servants room" do you mean living quarters or "butler's pantry" used for staging, storage and a transition space into the dining area? Do you intend on staying within the "footprint" of this floorplan or making an addition? Also, what is the boxed out area on the wall between the kitchen and dining room? And, what are the bubble looking things dividing the living space from the powder room area? If you intend on making an addition the exterior elevations would be helpful.

It ia a proposed floor plan ,by servants room i mean a small living quarter where one bed and one small wardrobe could be adjusted.we intend to stay within the footprint of this floor plan.the boxed out area is the wall dividing kitchen and dining with a small washbasin.and the bubble looking thing is there we intend to make a wooden partition for LCD.Interior can be changed but exterior elevation .Can an island be made in a kitchen of 12" x 14" area

I think this looks like a great floor plan for what you are trying to do. Can an island be made in a kitchen 12x14. I can depending on your cabinet layout. Another solution is to incorporate a galley style from a peninsula configuration. Play with your cabinet layout. Base cabinets are 24" deep and a good walkway/clearance is 4'. You may want to consider a portable island that tucks under the countertop and can be pulled out and moved for additional prep space. The space is tight and you'll want good access to the traffic pattern from the hall, through the kitchen and into the dining area. Look at photos on houzz for U shaped small kitchens, and also portable islands. This will give you some great examples. Good luck.
