Hi you have a beautiful living room with lot of space but not utilised properly. My suggestions would be 1. Change the curtains to a lighter color fabric - cream/ beige / sandal (something with light shades that will allow the sunlight to pass through ) 2. When you enter the room you see the TV wall space. That TV setup needs totally new artistic frames to decorate. Get some colorful decor photo frames or quotes that will relate to your personality or your family. 3. There is a small cupboard attached to the TV set. Cover the top with a fabric that will match your window curtain. You can have any indoor plant on it which will add life to the room. 4. You need a round centre table 5. Get new cushion covers that will match with the window curtains. Hope you like my suggestions :)

Hi all! I am in the midst of decorating my living space. I have added a teal blue sofa, white walls and wooden furniture (coffee table, dining table with teal blue and off white print)- how can I infuse some traditional Indian to this decor? If there some small elements that I could add please suggest! Thank you

Too many colors and dark colors make the space smaller also in your decor replace the printed cushion with a lighter shade of same blue. A small floral painting behind the sofa beside the window having rust,blue and cream on it will look good.Side tables on sides of the sofa should be there. Side tables of U shape whose Base can slide below the sofa side are available in market they will look great with your decor. You can put a small matching square table between the corner made by the handles of the sofa and put a small plant like mini bamboo on it. I hope my suggestions are of some use to you thanks

Hi there, seems like small room n hot place..so better give pearl white paint or white whichever u prefer..it will make the room more spacious. Keep furniture to the minimum.. Keep L shape sofa on the right side of door n just opposite to tat u can keep ur TV but pl dont buy heavy cabinets.. just hang ur tv on wall n just below tat u can make long cabinets wid drawers wid modern look.. without handles. On the green wall side put frames in cluster or just two three.. keep one table wid modern luk..nt heavy one..sofa colour it depends on the walk colour..if white then grey or brown wid white cusions or multicolur cushions..match ur sofa colour wid frame colour.. or u can do everything thing in white.. tv furniture, frames sofa.. put mukticolour cushions on white sofa or plain grey, light blue, light yellow whichever u like.. keep everything simple n modern..Gyal frm Sikkim
