Here is something quick to give you an idea, of course you push the stairs back making the kitchen a bit smaller and it will cut the Bed 2 closet to a normal size, and that will give you a Master Bedroom bigger with a nice walking closet... I didn't play to much with it, the Architect you hire can tweak everything to suit your needs, but if you like the layout, you can take that to him and work of that. Good luck

A color palette can unify a home's design so that it flows easily from one room to another, but that does not mean that each room has to be decorated in exactly the same colors. In this house, for instance, grey creates a throughline within the home but does not overwhelm the design. Basically what i can understand now is priority is given only for vastu and other aspects of the design has been forgotten. My opinion would be redesigning the spaces along with vastu integration . A single idea of modification would not be feasible here. Please consider setbacks and other utility areas needed outside the residence as well ,for services integration. Thanks
