the plot is rectangular, in the left side plot is restricted due to the wall, but on the right side,there's another rectangular plot parallel to this but at a very lower level, i would like to renovate the house after cutting the car porch and sit out seen from the front view, and extend the house to right side by building from the lower level of the parallel rectangular plot to the base level of the present house, my requirements are : a car porch at the lowest level,a living room and veranda at the current base level, an extra large bed room ,attached bathroom, and a study room at the current base level or in the future 1st floor, with a 'COLONIAL EXTERIOR', please help in arriving at a proper plan, thank you
