Please note that One longer side of the "L" portion is used to pass through, but the shorter side of the "L" portion does not open up so if need be i can put something. there is a french window which is fixed and cannot be opened up on the shorter side. that side is only useful to get some light in the house. My living room is in white and grey combination. Do u want me to have a rug in the same combination or anything else would be fine. Would appreciate if you can suggest a kind of vase that would go with it. My theme is modern style in the house. I was initially thinking something like the attached picture. pls. confirm ur view on it.

Hi Anu, You did a nice job with designing balcony. If you like plants, then you can grow herbs, flowers, vegetables, it will give your balcony a cozy look and cool feel in this hot summer. You can have bookshelf if you are a reader. From the images it can be seen that balcony length is more, so you can develop a corner for your hobbies or whatever that is you like to do in free time. Revamping these with a little bit of creativity adds immensely to the entire aesthetics of the home space. Here are a few suggestions - 1. Adding an accent piece such as a huge wall clock or a wall sculpture can really add drama to the staircase space, bringing it into the limelight. Travel collectibles such as masks from all the countries you have been too or little mementos collected as you travel also make up for a very interesting display. They give the otherwise drab wall a huge face-lift. 3. Photographs of your family, their travels, their achievements are always a great option to decorate the staircase wall with. This way you can relive those memories and they serve as good conversation starters too. For a more softer look you may opt for wallpapers as well.
