Landscaping Design & Suggestions

Hello - We are in the Hills Shire Council (northwest) in Sydney and are looking for landscaping design and options for our house. Any thoughts on what would go best given the following:-

(1) We are working professionals so would like to do limited maintenance

(2) Unfortunately our budgets have gone through the roof with the house reno so we would

(3) Certain low-risk/ easy items I will do by myself over some time

(4) We would like to do things that would both enhance the value (in case we do refinance and valuation of the property) and also would feel good

- Opt for a clean, structured layout with combination of grass lawn & gravel path.
- Use large, elegant pots for focal points, containing low-maintenance plants like succulents or small shrubs. These provide a modern, polished look and can be easily swapped out if needed.
- Elegant garden lighting such as solar-powered or LED lights will highlight key features while keeping energy consumption low.
