I hate my new quartz vanity top color!

last year

I just had a new "white" quartz vanity top put in my bathroom and hate it. It is 100% my fault, as I moved too quickly and did not take home a sample to view in my actual space. When I saw it in the shop, it looked white, but once installed with the white porcelain undermount sink, it took on a beige cast, or sometimes it actually looks grayish white to me. Someone suggested changing the lighting, but I don't know what to look for. The walls are a light blue called Smoke by Benjamin Moore, the floors are LVT - a medium brown by Windlass called Milkweed, and the vanity cabinet is being painted Coventry Gray by Benjamin Moore (a cool medium gray). The accents are teal (open to changing) and fixtures matte black. Any suggestions on how to use the lighting to make the vanity top look "whiter" or just better in some way would be greatly appreciated.
