We initially planned to renovate our old home. But during the middle of renovation work, we changed our mindset to build a new one. Hence we made a house design by ourselves(3BHK) with the help of our local builder and to save the cost we tried to reuse all possible materials that were extracted while demolishing our old home((i.e.., like red tiles placed on the top of left side of porch). The project is in last phase, now I feel that still we could do something to enhance the beauty of exterior of home by getting some ideas from experts. I like to thank everyone once again for sharing your thoughts! @Rusty Empire : The entire building shown in pic is a single building, because of our inexperienced design it looks like disjointed:(:(. We just finished the painting of primer coating, yet to paint the final color. The pic you posted with color looks awesome, planning to paint the same color. Nowadays builders from Delhi and NCR are shifting to places like alwar and bhiwadi for apartment construction, as delhi and NCR are not vacant for construction. So, the building materials charges have increased comparatively. Even if you save 5000 or 10000 in design fee, it won't make any difference. As, ultimately you have to bear contractor charges and building materials.

where do u stay... if ur really interested in changing ur kitchen in a spacious manner.. pls consult us for the same.. i will make more use of space with necessary electronics gadgets to be placed along with other necessary food items... Because whatever is the square feet we get in kitchen.. the fridge space and the sink space is dead to use, sink below space will be used for storing dustbin and fennel bottles,etc to store.. etc.. and if u dont have space for washing machine then that also will be used in kitchen if there is no space anywhere.. so basically make a list of ur requirement for anyone to work on it, so that they will give their best ideas on it..

Dear Mr. Shekhar , Although your requirements are not complete but still considering your mentioned things i think your plot is not very big. Its hardly 1000sqft plot. Also depending onto the local by-laws, you would never be able to use 100% of your land as buildup. Your design process needs special attentions.
