Considering moderate budget - make a use of neutral color paint and furniture. This will make your room size look bigger and rich. I can see a furniture hanging next to your TV, move that to a corner where it won't disturb the appearance of wall. A TV should be ideally mounted at a height of not more than 3 feet 6 inch from the center. An almari can be moved at the existing place of bed without disturbing the sight of your TV as having a bed in front of the door is not considered right (subjective).

Make use of wallpaper and wall decor if you have another wall. Do not over crowd the decor items on all of the walls.
