u may have hall n dinning area partially merged.. this will give a spacious hall. and a wall covering the wash room next to kitchen may not be neccesory, it's basically poor planning and makes the space like a narrow passage but need to clearly check with builder before doing any changes. well interiors ceiling with electrical points and concealing part, windows n blinds, flooring if any changes, kitchen layout, dry area fittings and essentials will only be possible once u get keys. thanks shradha shah beescheese design

Hi Pranav, Here are a few suggestions: 1] Modular Office furnitureThis would be easy to move around if and when you need to relocate in the future. Avoid fixed furniture wherever possible. 2] Kid's BedThese days you get convertible cots that "grow" with you child. The are a good investment and take lesser vertical space as compared to bunker beds. You may find these online as well as in stores selling kid's stuff. 3] Study TableThe study table can serve you as well you child if you want. Since, you child is pretty young you may use it for your own work, storage, devices and printers. In the image below the study is designed to serve both kids and adults. 4] WardrobeSince this is going to be a fixed and lasting furniture unit, invest well. You may make it sustainable by cladding it with wallpaper which can subsequently change as per your child's requirements. Kids grow fast and with them their choices and muses change rapidly. Wallpapers come handy in such a case as compared to laminates which are more permanent. Alternatively, you may opt for chalkboard laminates. These are low maintenance and can be written or drawn upon while being easily cleaned. The wardrobe can serve as a writing board for you too. two basic issues your room floor is dull is that floor to floor carpet if yes then add a a smaller area rug under your table to get splash of colour, alternatively if you dont want to do that then add some colorful wallpaper behind the sofa. Where you have the table lamp add something taller like a modern floor lamp or a tall spread out palm plant. Take the table lamp and add to a side table if you have one. The second biggest issue is that you have a lovely modern sectional sofa and then you have paired it with a very traditional and very high coffee table that looks like it has marble inlay work done (cant make out clearly). This is not a good pairing. The coffee table is the right size but get something modern and a lot lower, a general guide to this would be one inch to 2 inches lower than the seating height of the sofa. As someone else mentioned an Ottoman that can serve as a coffee table in an alternate colour will also work. Paintings and wall art is something you can experiment with but unless you do something about the coffee table the room will continue to look odd in my opinion. Also some more shots of the room will help us get perspective.
