Hi u won't get double charge tiles in 8*4 size , double charge tiles are vitrified tiles and they are dual layer, as per your taste and requirement of tiles in large format have a look on digital tiles in brands like Qutone or Simpolo they are having large format tiles resembling Italian marble and granite shades.
