Glazed vitrified tiles

Hi all. We purchased a flat without flooring n fitted glazed vitrified tiles ( branded)and got the interior done from the agency. After shifting ,we noticed scratches all over and holes ( not pinholes) in few areas . What can be the reason as it is quite disheartening to see bit in new place .can we get the expert advice? What can be done about it?
