Aditya, These services come at a price but these are definitely not must-haves. One should look at their need/requirements/budget and then take an appropriate call. For example, if it is a plain vanilla room there might not be a real 3d need there. But if there are some meticulous designs that you are not very sure of then go for a 3D that will help you visualise. For that matter even 2D, sorry but most of the clients are not 'trained' enough to understand a 2D specifications document - what looks right on paper might not be exactly same on practical implementation.
