If you want a sleek but minimalist loook, go for plain white ceiling with track lights.

Hi Rishab, You can avoid creating 4" false ceiling and create 1.5 / 2" false ceilings just to let the wires hide and run within the false ceiling. I will not recommend conduits or exposee ceiling unless you wish to do a rustic interior design. You can go for Surface mounted lights and track lights. They are beautiful and are available in different shapes and sizes too.

I Understand. That's a common concern with my clients. But if you choose to have a 3-inch false ceiling, it will not kill the height. you need a minimum of 3 inches for the electrical conduits to pass. And as for the unhygienic environment, it is only created if you have a tray ceiling for cove light. If you install a plain ceiling after a thorough cleaning, there will be no hygiene problem. Make false ceiling using profile light good for living hall

Tracker light use cloth shop .... That also lead to cloth colour change... Dont use tracker light

I dont want to disagree with InspiredHome. After renovating our living room, we opted for track lighting. The aesthetic is great, but we had to consider the expenses for the lights and installation. If on a tight budget, recessed lighting in a false ceiling could be a preferable choice. Good luck.
