In the first floor remove 1 toilet and make the bedroom big. For the other bedroom Reduce the size of the balcony and increase the size of the bedroom. Use light colors for furniture and avoid heavy furniture and dark colors. Keep wall colors and curtain colors neutral . Add more mirrors.
