Just to clarify, changing the direction of the comod would give you more space outside the cubicle door. This is however considering you get a smaller tub, it would otherwise be difficult to mount. The present location of the comod seems inconvenient since it does not leave a lot of room and cannot be flipped in lieu of the column. If you can device a way around it, the plan is good. Di consider an independent, standing basin. They look good and take up lesser space. There will however be lesser and not to mention separate slab space.

A 27x88 ft plot offers enough space for a Kerala traditional house with a Nalukettu and a central open courtyard. The design can fit well within these dimensions though it depends on specific architectural requirements and space utilization. I recommend consulting with an architect familiar with traditional Kerala houses for a more detailed plan. Construction costs can vary based on materials and local labor rates so it’s best to get an estimate from local builders.

Hi You can add staircase But not in that place. It must be planned properly as structure is a key factor.

Neeti, Damask wallpapers are very tricky to work with. Although they look good from a distance but they take away all the look just because of sheer size of them. And to top it we have the floor, sofa, wall decor in a similar color.  Do you have a budget in mind to make appropriate suggestions. Thanks, Nitin Cornerstone Designs Studio
