Hi Vasu you may need to check what has been already used on the door frame for that uou may take help from local painters , if it is enamel and you want to go with premium finish you should go with ducco or PU over it and same can be used on the doors as well , if it is raw ply then you must need to clad MDF over it as ducco or PU over MDF will give best finish ..
