Do you have a floor plan of this area. There is some sort of door near the area where you are planning your study table and it will be bothering the movements to that door it seems.

That color looks a bit odd on the walls.

Hi, it seems you prefer durability over fancy looks. It’s important to provide floor/layout plan so that I can understand position and your other furniture design and then I can comment.
