HI -- Well this is a nice floor plan but it creates problems . Because the space is all open doesn't mean you have to put the living room or the dining room where indicated on the plan . Also where you have marked for the sofa is not going to work there . Not enough room and in the way of getting to the bathroom etc, I do think you may have to have a free floating TV stand between the living -dining rooms . You could have the TV on the wall beside the kitchen and have the sofa facing or on the left wall and the dining at the front . I would put the TV on the left wall near the entrance and have the sofa facing it , leaving a hallway walking space behind the sofa . It's too bad the front entrance is on the left . If it had been on the right then that would be better flow into the center of the main floor . If you do decide to have the TV room divider where you show on the plan , keep it right over to the left wall as a room divider , then it won't cut the room in half so much and it keeps the stairwell open . Remember , you do not need to push the furniture against the walls .

Priyanka, Wallpaper on doors is not a good idea. You can go for laminate panelling on the wall and matching laminates on the doors. You can choose a veneer as well. The space is too wide for a single door though. You will have to plan accordingly. I am assuming you are talking about the brown door and not the other black door in picture. Hi Farooq, You can go with the green stretch at the walls of the parking area that will bring a zen look to the decor and can serve as the greenery to the exterior decor You can also try to put some decorative pieces like garden fountains by the side of the parking area which brings a good serene look the decor as well. or you can also give some area of the parking to a small decorative fountain pond by the side of those green stretched walls that can bring the zen look to the exterior decor and those dripping water brings a serenity around These all you can do in the inner walls of your parking area As according to the plan the outdoor gate is 10' wide so in that case when the car enter the gate it will pass through those green stretch, which brings out a zen look to the exterior and the parking area. so i think it might help Thanks

While am still going through the various probabilities of what could be, my idea of the 2 part multipurpose living room would be a planted vertical wall, along a cream/beige stone wall 3D panel to compliment and contrast with bright furniture, grey small sofa with pastel or bold yellow, and accent colors like green and blue in gem tones...carpet/rug, sofa throw pillows, side table...Maybe, a bright yellow Lounge Chair and finish with floor lamps and Lighting to accentuate the same. That said, I do prefer that material used is Eco Friendly as much as possible. The 2nd part of the living room would be eclectic design....neutral small sofa, cream 3D Panel...maybe a turquoise rug. In short, a small boho living space. In terms of budget...While, I do have an idea of the market, I'll like to hear you out. Yes, am open to hiring from outside my locality.
