I hope that it's not glossy tiles and probably the light effect in the photo. What kitchen countertop are you planning to select? Hi, if you wish to experiment with colour you can combine a softer glossy green (to compliment the flooring) with bright yellow. Alternatively you can plan for opaque glass shutters for overhead cabinets and light glossy yellow for the base cabinets. Avoid using wood patterned/grains on shutters as it may turn the kitchen look dull.
