Hi Manas, There is one option i.e. if you don't want to do any major changes you will have to take the wiring from sofa wall till TV wall and you can hide it using conduit. Or You can take a grove from one wall till the partition wall and get it filled. Partition is supposed to be a ply wall of 3 inches which will have framework in center and ply on either sides. We are attaching two reference images one with designer panel and one with plane. You can use whichever you like. We hope this will help you achieve your required design. Hi, There are many ways in which we can segregate the drawing room from the dining section. However, a lot depends on how these places have been planned. Sometimes, constructing a wall may be a good solution to cut out air loses and sound. In other cases it might not be feasible. Here are some suggestions in case you want to avoid civil changes and still achieve the desired result. 1] Jali Partition/ Rafters These act as a permanent segregation but don't take away from the entire volume of the space. Its visually light but effective. 2] Furniture A bookshelf, a tv unit or a settee act as a visual barrier between two spaces as well as maintain the entire size of the room. 3] Portals and swing doors These are great as there is a visual obstruction to maintain privacy that act as an aesthetic element as well. 4] Sliding Partitions These work very well both ways - in case you want to segregate the space you can keep them closed or in case you want a large space to yourself to host a number of people you can open them to combine the two spaces. Thank you IDUS Furniture store for looking into my query.I have a doubt ,if I paint my front wall where those 2 chairs are kept,is it mandate to paint a L shape wall behind sofa? if yes, should I be going with the same color as the front wall? Gauri As per the plan, you shall initially make a corridor near door entrance through some partitions PVC, and bring the TV cabinet bit more either way of door quite close to the seating area. Then you can have some spaces for artefacts at entrance adjoining wall. Check whether, crockery place could be replaced by Pooja room if possible, as kitchen looks good to me, size ways.
