nben1, Hi, I would open a 42" to 45" opening on both ends of the wall between living and study. That would leave room for a TV with components in a unit below. A desk would be nice in the back left corner of the study, with art or photo above, a chair in the back right corner and a chaise or small sofa on the wall behind the tv. That would make everything look roomier and make the study more inviting. In the living an L shaped seating would be nice floating with a small console behind. Good luck!

Greetings. Try looking at Houzz PHOTOS. Scroll down to Patios. Click. Enter "atrium" in the search box. Be sure to use quotation marks (" "). Some atriums are open to the sky, as your space is. I did see at least one with an "outdoor" kitchen. Another place to look for ideas for your space on Houzz is the Patios section. These are usually at the back of a house. Some patios are enclosed by high walls, which is similar to your situation. You can save the photos you like the best into your own Ideabook. Even if you are not sure about a photo, add it to your Ideabook as soon as you see it. It is impossible to find a specific photo on Houzz unless you have the photo number. It is easy to delete a photo from an Ideabook.

We initially planned to renovate our old home. But during the middle of renovation work, we changed our mindset to build a new one. Hence we made a house design by ourselves(3BHK) with the help of our local builder and to save the cost we tried to reuse all possible materials that were extracted while demolishing our old home((i.e.., like red tiles placed on the top of left side of porch). The project is in last phase, now I feel that still we could do something to enhance the beauty of exterior of home by getting some ideas from experts. We just finished the painting of primer coating, yet to paint the final color. The pic you posted with color looks awesome, planning to paint the same color. Dear Nitin Ji, it has too many rooms for a residence and still you want to add 5 more rooms. Is it a house or a hotel! Also provide with may other information like layout, photos etc. so that professionals can give their inputs.
