Like thinking about three viable plans gives you greater flexibility if some elements are unworkable after talking to your designer/architect. They also help you clarify the mix of elements that are most important and the least to your family and your lifestyle. You also need to separate your interior design and completion of the home budget, which includes new fittings and furniture, garden treatments, etc., from the building budget. Finally, after working out a budget, determine if your expectations are realistic. If certain elements may make you go over budget, tweak and adjust your plans so they are viable. Once you have finalised your top 3 house plans, you should choose someone to make them a concrete floor plan to develop. if not? try these tips to communicate your vision - use software, Pin it, make mood boards and gather sample materials. Ok thanks. After SE extention 1. NE was cut 2. SW was cut 3. water tank above toilet in center of east. 1. NE cut - Just make a shed/pargola of same height as bathroom... put 4 poles beside staircase and put up a tin shed. 2. SW cut... build a store room with 4 poles, tin shed, wall of plywood or/else any material you can afford. Door from east work area. Or door preferably from inside the bedroom. This is the bedroom in SW corner which head of the family or bread earner should occupy. 3. Water tank and toilet is not causing much problem due to height. However; I am not sure if thats exact center of your whole plot. Doesnt seem so. If anyone living there facing litigations, financial troubles or unnecessary authority problems... Just pay 500rs to a known good vastu consultant and amend accordingly. Its not practical to advise seeing pictures only, there are many things to consider. Thanks

Hi Farooq, You can go with the green stretch at the walls of the parking area that will bring a zen look to the decor and can serve as the greenery to the exterior decor You can also try to put some decorative pieces like garden fountains by the side of the parking area which brings a good serene look the decor as well. or you can also give some area of the parking to a small decorative fountain pond by the side of those green stretched walls that can bring the zen look to the exterior decor and those dripping water brings a serenity around These all you can do in the inner walls of your parking area As according to the plan the outdoor gate is 10' wide so in that case when the car enter the gate it will pass through those green stretch, which brings out a zen look to the exterior and the parking area. so i think it might help Thanks

Yes your right Abhisek it does look a little dull coz the walls are bare and nothing is put together. Once you put up the curtains and add some cushions and a coffee table and place some of ur personal decorative things everything will look put together. Looking at the pic I feel like u want a neutral colour palette so depending on that yes u can go for cream or very light hues of brown like beige or even some pastel colours will look very nice. U don’t have to match everything exactly same colour but try and stay in the same colour with different shades. You can also add one piece of contrast to add that pop of colour so it doesn’t look too pale. Maybe u can try and rearrange ur furniture if possible coz ur sofa seems to be quite far from the tv unit....it’s not necessary to leave the entire passage going to the balcony open...I think u can pull ur sofa a bit closer. I hope am making some sense. 😄 try and add a patterned curtain since rest everything is plain. Attaching a pic for ur reference hope it helps.
