Few points to check as per vastu before the setup - 1) make a 81 grid map of the layout, 2) The pooja room should be on the east or north side ( 2 blocks on both the sides from NE) 3) The person should face East while praying. 4) The study room can be in the N/ NW of the house. 5) The study table should face North or East. 6) The NW side should be heavy i.e. load of the books should be more on the NNW of the room. 7) No toilets in the NE, NW, SE, SW (disha kon), northern and eastern part of the house.
