The answer to this question is dependent directly on your intention of how you plan to use your house.

Looking at the placement of staircase in the front I'm guessing you plan to rent the above floor (or the lower floor). If not then I'd suggest you revise your entire plan where you have good natural light and ventilation since the current plan has rooms that will turn out to be very dingy and dark even during day time.

If possible, i suggest you to invest in a good architect who can plan both your floors that end up into a livable house in the end since you are investing your hard earned money into this house.

This is an impractical layout. 

Pls understand that the floor plan mistakes are very costly, and it stays with you for generations. 

Not promoting anyone but it is better to hire a professional to design it in line with your requirements.
