There is a lot to be done here. By the looks of it, this doesn't seem to have been painted. The niche is excellent for a wardrobe, the brick construction will have to be removed. Also, what is the brick box on the side of the room? It is consuming floor space unnecessarily.

Please send the dimensions of room , with some rough sketch. Also let us know whether any existing furniture ( as shown ) is there or you want to renovate completely.
