Concrete gives more premium look i feel if i consider it for a long span of time... Steel will cost alot and plus it will require maintenance. Any guesses how can cost effective moulds can be created of such shape if we wana do it with concrete?

To give you a vague idea, you can consider a base cost of 40 lacs INR approximately, and it gets higher based on your plans, material selections and workmanship charges. Hello! We are building in a residential community near Pittsburgh, PA and will be the only home on the street without natural gas. The utility company says the line is too small, but will be updated within 10 years. With converting in mind, we are opting for a heat pump with backup propane heat. The propane will also be used for our stove and fireplace. My question is, does anyone have this setup in a climate like ours...with a highly efficient, 2 story, 3000sq ft new construction...that can provide insight into how many gallons of propane you use in an average year? I already have serious concerns of resale value of the propane furnace vs a natural gas in our area. It keeps me up in night. I want to live here long term, but its a big, expensive house and life is unpredictable. Simply just planning worst case. However, my only other option is electric, which will cost me more. Any insight may help me sleep. Thanks!
