Building a Home Design Dilemma

constructing first floor

I have a ground floor house construccted about 15-17 yrs back. at thattime we hired an architect for the same. however the structural and other drawings associated were not provided by him. for some reason we also could not collect it. now i plan to counstruct first floor. in absence of drawings how to proceed. pl advice.

If you just need the existing floor plan for existing one there are measurements companies who will come and make it for you. It will depend on your location.

Else your new architect/designer can also get it done.

I would suggest you to consult an Architect and ask him a site visit.

Hello there, You need to consult with a local architect first for the layout and plan approval. They will provide you with floor plan and furniture layout, 3D elevations etc. Also, they would send them for approvals. What you're asking for is a paid professional service. Please consult locally first. Else, if you need anything specific, please feel free to connect with us. Also, your budget is too tight for 800 sqft unless it is an open plan.
