I am assuming you haven't finalised your wall colours and colours of any other fixed elements. In case you have finalised your color scheme you would need to see which of these colours blend well or complement with that scheme. Assuming none of this info is available, then you could look at the neutrals which go with all colours. The white tile and the 2 colours at the end would be preferable. If you want color on the floor as well as drama, you can choose from the 2nd options from both sides or even the 1st from left.

Nitco, Johnson and Kajaria have quite a range of vitrified tiles to suit your requirement. 1] For a rustic look go for stone textured tiles, full body tiles, metallic finished tiles. Choosing matte or lapato tiles works wonders for this style. These days sugar finish is available too. 2] For a more classic look opt for Italian marble patterned vitrified tiles. You can find Satuario, Diana and Travertino amongst the most common patterns. However, be wary of the fact that a tile with too many veins and small size like 2'x2' does not look like Italian marble and the floor might end up looking very busy.
