Comments (10)From your idea book, I see you like very modern houses. Is this going to be built in India? I found a one floor layout that might work for you and you could do the exterior to your taste. But I have to say, you should look for professional help in India. I imangine code requirements and material are much different there. Search the internet for modern and contemporay house plans. On site I found was this and here are some houses that might fit your land. http://www.theplancollection.com/house-plans/width-25-30/depth-40-50/contemporary/modern/single+story/two+story/three+story/split+level/ As I said before the exteriors can be modified to suit your tastes. Comments (17)Vikas, you need to stop typing, and pay attention to our advice! You need an architect. If it is a Western architect you're looking for, then search Houzz "Find Local Pros". Perhaps you could contact a Houzzer named Dytecture - here's his Houzz page: http://www.houzz.com/user/dytecture That is really all we can do to help you....See MoreExperts opinion required - which plan is better? Comments (42)Since the lot you describe is smaller than my open living area, I would suggest looking at some of the "shotgun" house plans around New Orleans,LA. I think you can build up and back and get an interesting home with a loft for space. It can be done, A porch with an entry to a narrow hall at the back might work best for you. Will you plan a courtyard (closed)? or what? What part of the country are you in? What are your local codes?...See MoreNeed help with my bathroom and adjoining dress space.
Comments (9)Thanks a lot for your comment. I wouldn't exactly call it a walk in-closet. As you can see from the drawing, Its space provided for two single wardrobe (one on each side). Maximum width can be around 3.5 ft. The humidity point is quite relevant. The question is would it be possible to include a wet room in the space i.e. 6ft x 8.6ft. - considering I don't remove the dress wall. Wanted to get a sense on the possible layout. Thanks and look forward to your advise....See Moresmitha praveen
