A houzz contributor, not too long ago, had made a wine rack out of 4'x4' wooden pallets, that are used in the US to move a load of goods with a fork-lift truck. Perhaps they have them in your country. He cut them in half so they were only two feet deep and stacked them up to high counter height. Rajesh--I would consult with a designer/architect in your part of the world to correct the reiling deficiency. I cannot speak to building codes in what I am guessing is the far east, but your local architect can. Attachment of the railing, to the floor and to the stairs, in terms of rigidity and support are important, as the rail will slope by the steps, and need to transition to a straight rail at the landing, and terminate into the white wall at the landing. Also, the architect can verify that the steps meet codes in terms of rise and run and the gaps btw. the steps, which would not pass code here in the U.S. I cannot see the while inside wall as you ascend the stair, so all I can suggest is installing a nice piece of art, possibly a triptych, of something culturally fitting for your part of the world. Hello Nitin, There is not great all pre-fabricated stair I can recommend. The best thing is to find a stair builder that can make something to fit your needs. We do high end interior and some exterior work. We make our stairs in Seattle, and can then ship them anywhere. You could integrate a single automated mechanical chair System on to the side of the railing which the Elders could use with ease. And you don't have to modify the existing staircase. And I can technically give you a working solution if you are interested. Contact 8073342913
