First of all I think you should better take off that sofa covering(the floral one) off!!! There's already soo much of texture and variations that it's all looking cluttered at one place! You can go for a tone of beige lighter than that of your sofa with textured effect wall paint and couple it with a nice large sober painting. See if there's a provision for adding a spot light over it as well (on the ceiling).

Hello Sachin, Depending on your area, where you live, look out for plants and herbs that best suits your requirement, you can also grow vegetables that take up less space. As for bamboo fencing, it will look good, if the proper workmanship is there. Yes, as Cornerstone says, please don't redo the water-proofing if it has already been done once. Tiles are a far better option than decking with composed fibre-wood. No matter how hardy the latter material is, it is going to be a muddy and wet area, so please go with a good anti skid ceramic tile. Check on the final use with the manufacturer- that it is going to be laid on the terrace and exposed to sun. Use at least 3 mm spacers to allow for some expansion over a period of time. Also leaves enough space to insert waterproofing epoxy and secure the tiles
