I need suggestion for my plot size to build kerala traditional house?

I have a plot size of 27(wide)X88(length) north facing @ Eluru, AP, India.

I'm looking for building a Kerala Traditional house. Please suggest me whether is it possible to place a Nalukettu in my house dimension with center a small open courtyard and as well estimated price for construction.

If anybody have pls share sample plans to discuss further.

Thank you all for your reply ,much appreciated. Since the size is rectangular I feel more of modern look. I would love to have a Victorian or a classy look though. Also I am allowed to construct roughly around 1800 to 1900 sqft. The plot entry is from the width(10sqmtr) side, so some more restriction. I am from Mumbai (India ) , the climate here is kind of extreme.Though the coolest can go max to 10 degree Celsius and the hottest can go max 45 degree Celsius. This will be my dream place where I would like to call in friends and family, though there is no pool , I would like to have a plunge pool kind of at the rooftop.A small sitting lounge to entertain guest. Sine it a small size , I am limited to doing all this stuff mostly at the roof top. Please advice.Thank you

Greeting sir, nice to see your replies....please note this white wall contains unistone red brick work (2.6 inches*8inches)concealed with white sticky tape .done to prevant paint stains as noticed and suggested . about the wall coming out of the slope its not in actual merely an illusion becoz of the taping... also.the red brick work is complimented with white cement....for flooring steel grey granite and s white As planned...im attaching u final finished look wud b like...v wud b putting artificial grass garden besides the right side of the building ground floor.. good to know appreciative responses from you..please suggest another ideas floor plan ill share for sure

Okay! do you not require a stilt car parking space, store room, laundry, puja ghar etc......
