As per vastu the kitchen should be in SOUTH EAST direction with the BURNER on the SE corner and the cook should face EAST while cooking. Master bedroom or the bedroom of the earning member should be in the SOUTH WEST direction. Positions of W.C. also matters . It should be facing NORTH. Beds positions of all the rooms should not be on the NORTH wall. These are the some points of vastu. If you want it in detail, you can ask me.

When a turnkey project (Design + Execute) is assigned, overall costs remain low and would be better negotiable with the construction firm. For design only, it depends on the intricacy of work and the BUA of house. Normally, a site visit and a 2D/3D layout without approval assistance would come in between 2.50- 30 rupees per sqft of BUA depending on the firm's category.
