@Dar - We hired a builder and he gave us this blueprint according to our requirements. We started constructing with the foundation and then after foundation the real problem came into picture. Now i'm worried about the front elevation only. We have already decided to make the kitchen open n combine it with dining hall. As per your suggestions we can combine the stair hall which is in our hands. Let me tell you the most important thing, we are constructing each and every room according to "Vastu Shastra". So we are forced to place rooms according to that. We can't change the position of the rooms. I hope interior decoration will help us to flourish our home.

Romney, First thing is that requirement of light is measured in lumens. Secondly , you will have to look at the room requirements , colors on the wall, furniture, flooring etc. Even the temperature (i.e. warm or cool) of the lights is very important. Dear Mr. Shekhar , Although your requirements are not complete but still considering your mentioned things i think your plot is not very big. Its hardly 1000sqft plot. Also depending onto the local by-laws, you would never be able to use 100% of your land as buildup. Your design process needs special attentions. Hello there, If you want someone to send exterior renderings, it won't come for free if you want quality renderings. However, I would suggest going with a two tone exterior paint and a little bit of wooden ACP near the terrace portion. Regards, Aurum Ideas and Spaces India
